WHO I AM
I'm Audra Whisten, a licensed life and health insurance agent and sales consultant. This policy explains how I collect, use, and protect your information when you visit my website, fill out one of my forms, or respond to my ads.
INFORMATION I COLLECT
When you request a quote, sign up for my newsletter, book a consultation, or contact me, I may collect: your name, phone number, email address, zip code, age range, and any answers you choose to provide on a form (such as who you want to protect or the best time to call you). I do not collect Social Security numbers, health information, or financial account details through my website or ads. If you apply for an insurance policy, that information is collected separately by the insurance carrier under its own privacy policy and through secure application channels.
HOW I USE YOUR INFORMATION
I use your information to prepare insurance quotes you've requested, contact you about your request by phone, text, or email, send you content you've signed up for, and respond to your questions. That's it.
WHAT I NEVER DO
I do not sell your information. I do not share your information with third parties for their marketing. Your information is used by me, for the purpose you gave it to me.
SHARING
I share your information only when needed to serve your request: with insurance carriers when you ask me to prepare a quote or application, and with service providers that run my website, email, and scheduling tools. I may also disclose information if required by law.
FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM LEAD FORMS
If you submit your information through a Facebook or Instagram lead form, Meta also processes that information under its own Data Policy. I receive only what you submit on the form.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask me anytime to update your information, delete it, or stop contacting you. Email audra@audrawhisten.com or call (908) 415-4937 and I'll take care of it.
SECURITY
I take reasonable steps to protect your information, and I keep it only as long as needed to serve you or as required by insurance regulations.
CHANGES
If I update this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
